Anne-Marie Webster Davis, originally from Oxford, MS and now based in Charlotte, NC, is the visionary behind Lemonade Stand Sales. Her journey into the industry began serendipitously in 2007 when she helped former colleagues launch a product into the Carolinas’ retail market—a success that inspired the creation of her multi-line sales representative business. With 17 years of experience, Anne-Marie’s dedication to supporting small businesses and empowering women drives her work. She takes pride in her role as a leader, employing talented staff and contributing to the economy while staying attuned to global trends shaping the business landscape.

A proud Duke MBA graduate with experience in investment banking, private equity, and brand management, Anne-Marie also treasures her role as a mother. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler who has explored five continents. Her favorite part of leading Lemonade Stand Sales is fostering the growth of women in business and supporting innovative entrepreneurs.

Amy Colvin - Showroom Manager

Amy Lynn Colvin, originally from Marietta, GA, brings over 24 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry to her role as Showroom Manager at Lemonade Stand. Known for her "gift of gab" and strong relationship-building skills, she thrives on connecting with accounts and leading her showroom team by example. Amy’s journey into the industry began when she pivoted from business management to fashion design and marketing, a decision that ignited her passion for the field. She is especially proud of overseeing two showroom renovations and witnessing customers’ positive reactions to the transformations.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys reading, traveling, and watching soccer—a sport she loves deeply. A fun fact about Amy is that she met her husband on her first day studying abroad in London, a city she considers her favorite. Inspired by her three children, Julien, Liam, and Amélie, along with her two dogs, Biscuit and Cinnamon, Amy finds daily motivation in her family. She cherishes the collaborative culture at Lemonade Stand, where every team member’s voice is valued, and she feels empowered to bring ideas to life while building lasting connections with customers and colleagues alike.

Joanne “Jo” Alexander - Support

Originally from the United Kingdom, Jo Alexander brings over 10 years of experience and a thoughtful, people-first approach to her role at Lemonade Stand. She is passionate about helping customers bring their ideas to life, combining strong listening skills with an ability to understand and execute their vision. Jo finds the most fulfillment in building relationships, whether through meaningful conversations, shared laughter, or collaborating with coworkers to create a supportive and positive environment.

Outside of work, Jo has a deep love for animals and nature. She enjoys world travel, birdwatching, and creating detailed bird illustrations, as well as volunteering in animal rescue and rehabilitation. Recognized for her contributions to bird rescue efforts, Jo takes pride in making a difference both personally and professionally. Guided by kindness and a genuine care for others, she values the strong sense of community at Lemonade Stand, where both employees and customers feel seen, heard, and appreciated.

Mendi Pittard - Sales Associate

Born in Decatur, GA, and now calling Kennesaw home, Mendi brings over a decade of experience in the gift and showroom industry. What started as a temporary role quickly became a passion, leading her to a fulfilling career at Lemonade Stand Showroom. She thrives on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Whether assisting with showroom operations, scheduling, or customer communication, Mendi's attention to detail and warm personality makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Outside of work, Mendi enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her church, and traveling. A dedicated Atlanta Braves fan, she and her husband, Dave, even got engaged on the stadium's big screen. As a breast cancer survivor and advocate for a healthy lifestyle, Mendi embraces life with gratitude, energy, and a passion for connecting with people—both in and out of the showroom.

Deanna Clark - Marketing Director

Born in Longbranch, NJ, and raised in Stockbridge, GA, Deanna Clark brings a unique blend of creativity and experience to her role as Marketing Director at Lemonade Stand. With a rich background in art history and graphic design, Deanna previously worked at renowned institutions such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, and the High Museum of Art. She later pursued her passion for design by returning to school to become a graphic designer. Her professional journey includes 14 years as a freelance graphic designer, two years as a product manager, and five years as a marketing director and designer before joining Lemonade Stand.

Deanna thrives on collaboration and loves creating engaging content for the company's clients. An extrovert at heart, she finds fulfillment in working closely with her coworkers and customers. Outside of work, Deanna is an artist, musician, and proud dog mom to Belle and Cleo. Her dedication to design and her vibrant personality make her an integral part of the Lemonade Stand team.
